To do either, the picture must be uploaded to a server. It could be personal web space from you internet provider, or someplace like visadelays.com for personal pictures.

 

When you post a message, just above the entry box are some buttons. To link to another web page, use the blue "http://" button. It will let you put in the URL and a label for people to click. This can be used for web pages or pictures. It looks like this:  Real Party Cat (Lao Mao?)

 

Next to that button is "IMG". When you click on it, it will ask for the URL of the image you want to put into your message. You just need to make sure the image is not too big. Then it turns out like this:
