trickyspark
Okaaaay lotta questions here, will try not to ask to many stupid ones. I-485on part 2, APPLICATION TYPE 1. FORM G-325A This form is submitted in connection with an application for which of the following concerning a K-3 __Naturilization __Status as Permanent Resident __Other One last question, or request I should say. From start to finish, what forms do I need for EAD, and for AOS. I have:I-765 for employment. I have:I-485 for AOS, along with I-864, I-864A, G-325A as required supporting forms to accompany the I-485. Are there any government forms I'm missing, just forms, not counting birth cert and what not? And do I need to pay the fees for the supporting forms I send with the I-485 if they have an associated fee or would that only apply when filing them seperately? *PANT PANT*, I hope that's all. Later after getting EAD or Green-card you will visit SSA office to update the card. No I-864A unless you are depending on a family member in your household to suplement an income shortfall. If your income exceed 125% poverty line with immigrant, and any dependents, then consider I-864EZ is is simpler to understand. I-864P explains how much 125% poverty line is. Randy W
Don't forget AP (Advanced Parole) I-131, if she would like to leave the country, and EAD (Employment Authorization) I-765 if she would like to work while waiting for the green card. There are additional fees for these applications. Link to comment

Some on K-3 just file for EAD, then wait until 2 year wedding anniversary, then file AOS to avoid the conditional green card. Link to comment

dnoblett
One other thing left out, I-693 Medical Exam, K-3 need to visit a Civil Surgeon and have a medical done, this can be included in the paperwork to be sent in with the AOS paperwork, or can be done before an AOS interview. Having it done and sent in with the AOS, may increase the likelihood of an approval without interview. Locate a Civil Surgeon in your area here: https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go?act...office_type=CIV Link to comment
