Here is a new one to think about, a few people have been issued visa same day as the interview, what is being done to check there background or are they just ignoring this process to keep the back log low. Dos claims they will have the back log completed by the end of January does this include cases at GZ. Is there anyone that had an interview in August on a K-3? are you having any luck

James - the names checks, what do you mean by the 3rd package? is namecheck done in batch mode - I guess they are still using DOS not Windows so it is so slow...
