warpedbored
Since Bing came here 3 years ago she has taken to gardening like a duck to water. This year she has been chomping at the bit to get some things started. Since her birthday was last saturday I bought her a miniature 2' X 3' X 6' green house. So far she has peppers and other assorted vegetables started in it. She has also planted green onions and other mystery vegetables in the ground. As Kim pointed out summers here in Oregon are pretty mild so we need to get a head start to have a good crop. Edited March 23, 2007 by warpedbored (see edit history) Link to comment
Guest knloregon
Bing is blessed with a green thumb. She even gets Chinese peppers to mature (with lots of natural heat) in our cool climate. For me, growing peppers in Portland has always been like pushing a mule up hill. Link to comment
