My Last updated date keeps changing, the latest was today. Why do I not receive any emails on the update information? The status is the same and the message the same just updated date is changed. When date changes the members on VJ like to call that a "Touch" it is a good sign that they are working on your case. Any time someone looks at your case the log that fact, and the date changes on the USCIS site. They wont tell you what they are doing only that the case was looked at. Link to comment
LeeFisher3 Posted January 19, 2007 Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 In our case we received our first email concerning AOS when the welcome letter was mailed, but absolutely nothing for biometrics or the appointment. The 800# can only tell you the same thing as on the web site, but if you make an Infopass appointment they might give you more information, or not. Link to comment
