Goodness gracious, hard to believe its been that long. My question to all knowledgable personnel, what form do I use to go from 2 to 10 year green card? She was a CR-1 visa, and we did not need an interview upon her arrival here. Is the form needed a 485? And I was on the INS website, and I thought I saw I will need a 325.00 fee to file. Is this right or am I just numb from all that has happened in the past couple of years? Hard to believe I am a government employee huh???? Even I dont understand the paperwork.
