I-485

We submitted our I-485, went for our biometrics in West Palm Beach Florida, received a RFE for a sponsor letter and another copy of my tax returns. Now we get a letter stating our paperwork has been forwarded to California for faster processing? Can anyone tell me what this means? Does it mean we won't have an AOS interview or does it mean we wait until California approves our I-485 then forwards it back to West Palm Beach?
