D O S Verbage

I have been calling DOS for several says now, the verbage they are using to answer my case is different. They used to say "it is under Admin review". Then it was "it is still in processing", today they say "it is still under investigation". I always ask them is this the same as admin review? They say yes. These to me are all different terms. Possibly meaning different things within the same process.

 

Any ideas on this?

I see nothing wrong with them being the same terms... probably "still processing" can mean many things, including AR.
