Family Composition Sheet

Hello,

 

On page four of the family composition sheet, I am supposed to list my family. However, it only asks for Chinese Name and Pinyin. Does this mean if they don't have Chinese names, I don't put down their names and put in "N/A" instead?

 

Any advice is appreciated!

If you have an English name put that in the Pin Yin line. Chinese name means using Chines Characters.
