I got a letter today and i was wondering what it meant. I mean I know what it says, but was wondering how long till P3 packet just curious

Letter says with in a week this visa will be sent to Guz. And that my SO will soon be recieving her packet with instructions

The petition will will be on hold at the DHL facility in Guangzhou for at least a month to clear customs, then once it is received at GUZ, the P3 will be sent out to SO.

For second half of the year... K1 is running about 75 days as a rough estimate for 'problem-free' waits... with the IMBRA law and backup of cases at pre-GUZ, all averages are suspect right now...

 

In the first half of the year, it wasn't uncommon for someone to get it in 40-60 days.. This isn't happened much as of late.. Let's continue to watch the trends...
