DS-230 question

Hello every one,

 

I have a question about form DS-230, on question 14 it asks for the name of spouse, which of course I answer myself. Then on question 21a and 21b it asks of the persons named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the U.S. or will folow you later? How do I answer this, do I put husband already a U.S. citizen living in the U.S.

This is based on others who would require a visa to accompany the beneficiary to the US. You do not include the USC in answering these questions.
