i have to send a paper of correction to the U.S. Conulate in GUZ, do i need to write the address in english , chinese or both, can anyone advise, or should i send it to my so and let her mail it for me, thanks anyone

You should describe the nature of the correction since someone might have a better idea;

 

I would recommend the change as an email contact to them first; they also accept fax. Mail is too slow and to verify receipt takes time... I would do this last resort.
