My SO worries about different things. He had been used by a Chinese woman before. He checked my motive every step we walked.

 

1. Am I interested in his money?

He is a registered nurse, not a millionaire. This problem solved till I offered to send him a flight ticket if it's cheaper to buy in China.

 

2. Am I a green card hunter?

He asked:"I'm going to live in your place. Is this a problem? Be honest with me."

The answer was:"Where we live is not a problem. Lack of trust IS a problem for a relationship."

 

3. Am I using him to pursue a career on his land?

He said:"Can we have our own baby? It means a lot to me if you say yes."

At this age??? God spare me.

I worry about my adjustment too. Had she been here in March it would be a ton easier. I have so many vices this time of year of things that I like to do. She is going to need extra attention and support. I know this.
