I checked my online status this would be the date for the second RFE I sent I saw no processing time stated in this message anybody else seeing this type of status

I can only tell you that mine has had the same message since June 30th. I have not had any responses since then. If you get any information, post it on CFL. People here are always interested in getting any news on the IMBRA RFE's. Good luck.

MSC is starting the long-awaited approval process, we got approved last week after submitting the IMBRA RFE.

My status hasn't changed since they sent the first RFE for IMBRA on 7/1/06 despite receiving a duplicate on 7/14/06 and my mailing both back within a day of receipt - completed, signed and delivered NO LUCK
