howaboutasuit
Emailing GUZ has been working out for me lately, they typically answer my questions in less than 24 hours. But I'm afraid to ask the one question that I REALLY want to ask them-- how can my SO prove that her CCP membership is involuntary? I am concerned that it would set off unnecessary red-flags. Does anyone agree? On the other hand, I am running out of options. There are no documents online discussing this question, no one on this site truly knows(I've baffled you all!), and not a single immigration lawyer that I have contacted will help me (because I am already past P3). Any suggestions? But in any case, CONGRATS to the EVERYONE on the P4 TRAIN! Link to comment
Dan R
If membership was simply required for a nonpolitical job it has been ok. Be sure to have the evidence to present to support the claim it was involuntary. Link to comment
david_dawei
There's past experiences and comments collected here:http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10946 You'll find various ways it was dealt with, but many pass and some sign waivers, etc... It's a case by case issue; what the VO wants/does/asks you will not know till the interview. See these past comments by GUZ: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14090 Link to comment

Anyway now you still have 50% of chance of not being asked about the CCP membership. If you raise the question, then they are definitely going to ask you and you might get yourself into trouble. Anyway this is just my opinion... Link to comment
