Frank_a
Question 6, asks for all relatives. Includes spouse and spouse relatives. How much do they really want? Do they really want EVERY sister, brother, step, half, child? And they also want this from Beneficiary and Spouse (me)? The page is not large enough. your suggestions and opinions are desired and appreciated. Link to comment
david_dawei
yes.. give them what they are asking for.. using a supplemental sheet as necessary (and consistent with what one would do for any form not having enough room)... Link to comment

Do they really want EVERY sister, brother, step, half, child? And they also want this from Beneficiary and Spouse (me)? The page is not large enough. your suggestions and opinions are desired and appreciated. 226232[/snapback]Assuming you are the spouse of the beneficiary/applicant, your own brothers and sisters, step and otherwise, are covered in question 7. Question 6 refers to the beneficiary/applicant's family including your parents, children and any her or your former spouses, living or not. See example here... http://www.laogonglaopo.com/001files/form/...IV-24_Guide.pdf I created separat tables for questions 6 an 7 inside an email and provided all the information about my family for my SO to transcribe to the form. I have a brother who has been missing for 10 years and an ex wife I lost track of in 1989. For present address I put "Unknown since 1996" and "Unknown since 1989" and Unknown for their occupations.
