P3 supplemental

A few members have recently reported that their P3s do not include the P3 supplemental Information Sheet, and the forms now read:

 

Quote from page 1 on the OF-169

"Complete and send the enclosed form DS-230 Part I, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration as as this document (Form 169)."

 

(In the past, K1 applicants received / returned the P3 supplemental)

Can you confirm for us that the P3 supplemental Information sheet is no longer used by the Consulate in Guangzhou for K# visa applications?

The P3 supplemental information sheet is no longer used by the Consulate for K visa applications.

Those who have filed a I-130 for a CR1 are reporting that NVC is sending them the P3 supplemental sheet.

 

Does NVC still need to submit this (and members return it to NVC), or is NVC just not up to date with the consulate's discontinuation of it's use?

The Consulate no longer uses the P3 supplemental sheet in question. NVC may still be sending them out with their packets, but again, we don't need them on our end here!
