My wife indicated that she did not receive the OF-171 in her packet.

Is this no longer sent? Or, do I need to request that it be sent to her?

I would think that this is still sent out, since it is more of an instruction of what all to ensure you bring to the interview...

If another CR1 can say if their version is different, then maybe someone can scan theirs so we can put a CR1 version on CFL..
