I know I saw sample of a affidavit somewhere around here. Something about intent to marry once fiancee is here. Can anyone steer me in the right direction, as I am putting my rebut to the nasty NOID letter together

George, you will more than likely want to be more elaborate in your letter for the NOID rebuttal.

 

I might suggest writing the letter as if you were writing a letter to your mom telling her about the wonderful woman you met, your hope to marry her and a bit about your future hopes and dreams.
