One more G-325A Question

I am doing a DCF at the Beijing embassy, and I have one more question about the G-325A.

 

On the last line of the G-325A, it asks "this form is submitted in connection with application for..."

 

Do I say "Status as Permanent Resident"

 

Or "Other?"

I called USCIS on this one, and they told me to check Other, then write in: I-130 petition for alien relative.  I hope that was right information, because that's what I did
