How to check status of AOS

Hey all, Interview was in early February. They told her everything checked out good, but still waiting for FBI namecheck, We haven't heard a thing since. Anybody know how I can call a number so they can tell me I am still in Namecheck HELL!

"Please call...(800) 375-5283...if you didn't receive your card within the next three weeks. If you call us please have your A# and also the receipt number shown above available."

In my case, interview was June 2005 and biometrics were August 2004 and we are still waiting. One friend of mine recently cleared and their interview was in January 2005.

 

So far I have found nothing that will give me any other information other than "still pending and we have no idea when it will clear".

 

I think Kim has had about the same results.
