Website Email Form

In the past the email form for the web site would send an automated response acknowledging the receipt of the email. I am concerned that I have not received the automated response. Perhaps I need to use another method to contact the visa unit in Guangzhou concerning rescheduling an interview. What would you recommend?

If you no longer get an automated response after submitting a webform inquiry confirming receipt and you do not receive a response from us within 7 business days, you can send us a letter or fax to request that we reschedule an interview appointment (http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/contactiv.html). We would ask that you check your email filter settings to make sure the automated response is not treated as spam.
