Robert Fei Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 On March 6,06, they sent a I797C saying they received our I131 on 2/28/06 and it will take 60 to 90 days to process. Today 3/20/06, we get the I512L. Only 14 days? It has her photo on the bottom left and a place for a "National Benefits Center Stamp" which is blank. So is this what she would take with her to be let back in the US? Don't want to buy a ticket before we are 100% sure. Link to comment

I still think EAD and advanced parole should be automatic for AOS applicants. But that's just me. Link to comment
