RLS
Where can a list of all the abbreviations be found? There are so many to deal with it gets confusing after a while. I see some I-129F's are sent to MSC, VSC, TSC, etc. Mine has to be sent to USCIS. I don't want to send it to the wrong place. Link to comment
david_dawei
A K1 sends their I-129F petition to the local USCIS office serving your region: Vermont-VSC, Texas-TSC, Nebraska-NBC, California-CSC It then moves to NVC (National Visa Center).. then to GUZ (Guangzhou). --- A CR1 sends the I-130 to the USCIS office serving your region... this then goes to NVC and then GUZ. After NOA1 for the I-130, A CR1 can also submit a I-129F for K3 to Chicago "Lockbox", which processes it and then this goes to NBC (National Benefits Center) in Missouri... then NVC then GUZ [can someone confirm CR1 process or correct] ---- List of Acronyms:http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2158 Link to comment

RLS
I'm in California. I believe I file at Laguna Niguel. Thanks anyway. Link to comment
david_dawei
Soon, you'll get an NOA1 (Notice of Action--Form I-797) from them to imply they received the petition, and eventually an NOA2 that it has been approved. Since it went to CSC, you'll get an WAC# (prefix differs based on visa center)... Once it gets approved by NVC, you'll get a GUZ# (yes, that exact prefix). Link to comment
