NY-Viking Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 Now, if she ever gets US citizenship, it's a bit more complicated an issue. If she enters China with her US passport, she needs a China visa. That's the way she "should" enter China - on her US passport with a China visa, because she can't have dual citizenship. With that said, however, I have several friends in China who have gotten citizenship in either the U.S. or somewhere in Europe, and always go back to China on their Chinese passports. I'm not sure what they do exactly when the leave China, since when you leave China they look at your visa to make sure you didn't overstay ... but they seem to be getting away with it ...
