Introduction

Hello:

In updating my progress, or lack of, the GUZ is sending my file back stateside to DHS for possible revocation. I tried to get them to keep it at Guangzhou but wasn't successful. I have retained King, but I will be having another lawyer file a motion to reopen and reconsider here. Once it gets back to GUZ, then King will take over.

 

Even though this is a serious setback, I will be doing whatever is neccesary to be successful. I was hoping to celebrate Feng's birthday next month here, but GUZ wasn't being cooperative with that idea.

 

Hopefully, things will get better after this dark cloud passes.
