I-130 main contact?

I read somewhere in some post, forgot where

that when you file a I-130 for SO they then send you a paper 9or to her) to define who is the main contact to send all the papers to.

 

A "Agent of Choice I-864 & DS-230" or something like that, is that true? can you tell me more?

don't Guangzhou send the P4 to her in china?

 

If I apply for a I-129f as well, do they send these papers to her in china and all the papers for I-130 to me here (assuming Iam the main contact) ?

Both the CR-1 and K-3 go to NVC for processing. The K-3 and K-1 GENERALLY only spend a few weeks here. The CR-1 has additional "hands on" work to do (fee bills Agent of Choice I-864 & DS-230). The P3 information will come from NVC not Guangzhou.

The form you are refering to is the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form. This form establishes the contact person with the NVC. The NVC prefers an US mailing address.
