When filling out the G-325A form, it asks for parents names, birthdates, etc. It also asks for place of residence. Her father is deceased. How should I answer that? Should I put "deceased" under place of residence? Or "N/A"?

I put deceased. She and I both have copies of notarized death certificates on the off chance either of us will be asked for such a document.

IMHO, I agree with tywy_99, place deceased. However, I also suggest that you place death of mother, father, etc with time of death. Just be staright-forward with your information. GUZ, aren't comlplete clowns. They know that life goes on!

 

I don't believe that they (GUZ ) wants to venture into this area. I did the same thing. My SO wasn't even remotely questioned in this area. You have many other things to worry about, than this small mote thing!

My wife's father is deceased. On our's I put his birthdate and city of birth and on city and country of residence I put deceased.
