Didn't you submit one with your I-129F petition ?

 

You can simply redo this with an updated notarized date.. although it seems that this is not been requested by anyone I can remember... although I did bring an updated one to the interview.

Your fiancee will be given one in the P4 (Certification of Legal Capacity and Intent to Marry), which will be signed by beneficiary at the consulate (ergo, they are witnessing and notarizing it).

Yes I did submit one with I-129F...just didn't know if there is some kind of formality I need now.Thanks........I'll just type another one,signed and dated.Thanks
