Am4wag Posted January 6, 2006 Report Share Posted January 6, 2006 I know I need to send one to my SO for her interview.In what form are these acceptable.I went to court house marraige bureau,they say not;maybe get an affidavit from my attorney.Is this a statement I can write myself?I've never been married.This is K-1. You can simply redo this with an updated notarized date.. although it seems that this is not been requested by anyone I can remember... although I did bring an updated one to the interview. Here is a link to a sample one : Fiancee Letter of Intent to Marryhttp://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance...r_of_Intent.doc --- Your fiancee will be given one in the P4 (Certification of Legal Capacity and Intent to Marry), which will be signed by beneficiary at the consulate (ergo, they are witnessing and notarizing it).
