If you have any additional questions, please contact the Department of State. Is the DOS the same as NVC? thanks much. Link to comment

tywy_99 Posted November 5, 2005 Report Share Posted November 5, 2005 The National Visa Center is a part of the State department, yes.That sounds like what your email from CIS is saying but I'm not sure. People here have reported similiar situations recently.Give it about 2 weeks and call the NVC about your case.Have your SO's name and birthday at hand. Link to comment
