I just need to insert the NOA1, add the 'official name of NOA1' to the cover letter, print, and mail the bloody thing. I can't mail the 129F until I get the NOA1 ;\ If it was truly a 'race between the two' you'd think you could apply for both at the same time... Oh well, it is what it is... *sigh* pass the cheetos...
