hunter Posted October 18, 2005 Report Share Posted October 18, 2005 Ok, I got my Noa1 a bit ago and sent off for my k-3 visa app. I-129F. Today I got a noa from uscis. is that the noa2? Anyway, seems its moving nicely says to wait 60 to 180 days then i should receive a written notice after they make a decision. Link to comment
Guest Gene Posted October 18, 2005 Report Share Posted October 18, 2005 (edited) The first NOA1 you recieved should have been for the I-130 you sent in. Then you sent a copy of that NOA1 along with your I-129, Right? So the next NOA1 you received should have been from your I-129. You have two petitions going and both are being processed at this time and you will recieve NOA1's and NOA2's for each one. Read them over carefully it should reference to what petition they are for.
