OF-171 ??

Hey, I have a question. I am the K1 Applicant, right now I have all the documents in P4 except OF-171 (Appointment letter for immigrant visa applications), but instead, I have another document in hand called ¡®Letter to K1/K2 Applicant¡¯. So I got confused about those two. Can anyone kindly tell me that if I missed out the OF-171 or ¡®Letter to K1/K2 Applicant¡¯ send to K1 applicants instead of OF-171?

Or, if I really miss it, can I use the print out form?

Take a look at the OF-171 here: http://home.comcast.net/~donahso/P4index.htm. You can compare your letter with the form to see if they're related to the same thing.

 

In light of the changes in photo specifications and the procedures for assembling the forms by the medical facility, the OF-171 may have been replaced, but i don't know for sure.
