Divorce decree

Does my SO need to submit proof of her divorce with the I-485? I can't find this requirement in the I-485 instructions, but she read on the 001 site that she needs to include it. I'm pretty sure they only want the birth certificate (translated).

I am scratching my head trying to remember if I included it or not. I don't believe I did. I think it has already been established to everyones satisfaction that you were both eligible to marry or she wouldn't have gotten the visa.

Jingwen included a copy. I'm not sure it was needed, but I'm a kitchen sink kind of guy.

I followed the Frank method and included hers and both of mine. I really can't remember if it was needed either.
