I don't think it can hurt and it probably helps you pass the time and give an outlet for what certainly is a frustrating process. I think they are probably very interested in ideas that save them money and make their end of things easier. I don't think they are very interested in making the process any faster. I honestly believe the long timeline may be intentional in order to have more cases abandoned during the long wait. You have to admit only the very determined would wait this long.

Carl may be right on this as the only way that things get changed is when people squawk and the process of venting in this way usually brings relief.

I have e-mailed the letter to the Ombudsman...

 

I also sent a copy to my Congresswoman and state Senator.

 

... guess I will wait and see what happens.
