Anyone try to share a pear with their SO in China ?

 

I was told , you don't share the pear with someone.. bad luck.. I was given my own pear...

The way that I have heard and seen practiced is that your SO is not to share pear. Bad luck for her. Not the man. Not sure, fully about this one.

 

I have noticed one thing though. I tried to start a superstition for men WORLDWIDE! I told ex-wife once that it's very bad luck to have a woman attempt to remove money from a man's possession, either by trickery, deceit, or simply asking for the money (e.g. to go shopping, hairdresser, New shoes, etc). The only way that it was not bad luck, was that the male counterpart had to give the money from his wallet freely, of his own will.

 

Needless to say this superstition never caught on! Most especially with women! I wonder why??????
