attach photos to DS-156?

Just chatted with my fiancee, and when she picked up the medical results, they wanted 4 photos to attach to the DS-156 and then an extra 3 photos.

 

So in total, when she went to pick up the results, she needed 7 photos.

Just got full scoop from SO.. went to BJ, Internationl Medical Center... asked for 4 photos to attach to DS-156 (2 for english version and 2 for chinese version); Then an extra 2 photos for hospital.

 

Total of 6 photos.
