Does DS230part2 come with

Hi all. I am curious if DS230part2 comes with P-4. My wife has recieved p-3 and we are aware to send back 2 DS156'S and DS230part1. When will I have to send in the money 380USD for the 230 form?

I am not sure what you mean about the money, because I had to pay the fee before I recieved the DS-230 (my wife named me her agent), but in a call to the NVC I learned that the part one is sent first. The second part will be sent to the benificary in the P-4 packet. She will fill it out up to the section she needs to sign before the visa officer. I was told that if she is not sure how to fill it out the officer will walk her through it.

Once the P4 arrives, you can then get the medical exam and also a list of banks authorized to take payment for the visa fee. Most everyone pays the fee prior to the medical exam.. Most do both of these in Guangzhou a week or so prior to the interview.
