Today, after I was finally able to get through to a real person, I found out that they attached my last name to her app. I never told them to do this, and they told me that this is common now, since we are married. Her name is still the same, and it has never changed. This has me so pissed now. Watch out everyone.

This is an important point for everyone, thanks for bringing it up, but they should not assume that her last name changed..... call your congressman!!!!

I've run into this a lot. When we give my wife's name for any purpose I get a funny look because it's not my last name.

Lately I have been enjoying the reaction a little when we give her name and then tell them her last name comes first.

So far nobody has put my last name on anything, but the last name does end up in the wrong place sometimes. At the community college we had a heck of a time figuing out what her user name was in the computer system. It was supposed to be her first name, but turned out to be her last name and the first part of her first name

lots of usernames are entered that way, last name then part of first name, so it is not unusual for the Community College to do this.

Yes, I was resting. No, no new update. NVC has stated that it is my problem, along with GUZ, and I have to deal with it, so right now, all that I can do is wait for GUZ to reply to my last email, and see what they say.
