When your Employer moves

Our company has moved, across the freeway, so we have a new address. The announcements weren't made until after I filed the papers. Only the physical location has changed, phone numbers are the same. So the question is... Do I need to send forms or a notice to CSC (where my papers are currently gathering dust)?

I would say to let them know only if that is the address you used to to have things sent to you.

Tthey don't need an update. They only needed the employers letter showing your employment. If mail were to be sent there w2hich they don't have reason to do it would be forwarded. Keep it simple. They confuse easy.

Agreed. This is YOUR petition, not your employer's. I'd just be sure to provide the correct contact info at the necessary stage.

 

Now, if your employer has any L-1s or H-1Bs...they'd better be hopping, in my eyes.
