darianstarfire
Hi all, should the I-864 be stapled or not stapled. The form asks that sections, like taxes be stapled together. I am sure this to keept hings organized, but I would like to know what others did. The forms says too, but I doubt we'd fail the case cause we use paper clips instead. To staple or not to staple that is the question Time is coming soon, getting nervous Dan Link to comment
olemanoman1950
I Stapled them.. same reason they ask to write the case number in the upper right hand corner of ALL documents. Just in case one comes off they know where it goes, so staple sounds like the way to go. ( just think 100 files on the desk all paper clipped and the VO starts to take five or six apart and then forgets where they come from Holy Sh**) Link to comment
inxy
I sent a cover letter paper clipped to the I-864 with stapled tax returns, letters from the VA as I get a disability and a letter regarding Social Security payments. Forgot to put the cae number on everything. Wife gave it all to the people at the interview. No problem. Bruce Link to comment
