DO I NEED TO SEND ADDRESS CORRECTION TO GUZ OR ANYWHERE OR JUST PUT THE NEW ADDRESS ON MY I-134? CFL FOLKS HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME GOOD ACCURATE ADVICE IN THE PAST. HOW ABOUT THIS QUESTION? tonado
http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/address.htm "Applicants and petitioners for any other benefits should file a Form AR-11 AND notify in writing the local office processing their case of any change of address." Link to comment
frank1538
I really don't know the answer. When I filed the I-129F, I was living at one address. By the time Jingwen received her P3 and P4, I had moved. I did not notify anyone of this address change. After Jingwen arrived, we moved again. This time I filed both the AR-11 (her notification to USCIS of an address change) and the I-865 (my notification as sponsor of an address change). Link to comment
