Where I live, I can go to the local post office or town hall... otherwise, I can also use any one of the internet services and mail it off to them.. I seem to remember that the post office expedited service was not quite as fast as sending to a visa service to do it.. but then you'll incur more costs for fast shipping out and back as well (assuming you want it fast)... lynne Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 The quickest way is to go in person to one of the regional passport centers, you have to make an appointment ahead of time but you'll get your passort the same day. There is one in Seattle, it should be easy to find out where they are in other cities. Otherwise through the mail and you'll have to pay a lot extra for the two week expidited service.
