warpedbored Posted June 3, 2005 Report Share Posted June 3, 2005 The I-765 is the EAD that would allow your wife to work until she gets her green card. In K-3 cases you need it to get a SSN. If you are K-1 and you are in no hurry for your wife to work then you won't need it. Link to comment
