Another EAD question

I'm looking at question 16 of the I-765. I'm looking for the category or categories to put in that section. They have 3 sections to fill in. I'm not sure if they expect all three sections to be filled in or one or two or what? With my wife having come in on the K1 and already married to me and applying for AOS under the 90 time limit for K1, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to put "(a)(6)" OR "©(9)" OR Both. What to do?

Use ©(9)( ).

This is used when filing for EAD while waiting for AOS. You need proof of having filed I-485, the NOA1 letter. They allow filing with I-485 as proof so then you do not need the letter.

 

If you had filed EAD before marriage,it would be (A)(6)( ). But then it is not renewable. If EAD runs out before green card, not sure if they would let you reapply.
