I'm ahead of you on that David it was part of the original application I submitted. The only thing they asked for was the I-134. That was also in the application packet I did but of course they will want it more recent.

you mean when you submitted the I-129F ?

 

When did you send it??

 

I'm thinking two thoughts:

1) An most recent up to date (more recent than I-129F) will show all subsequent visits.

2) The VO usually asks for it.. I would not rely on giving an answer of "it's in the application packet".. The VO could say, "I don't see it.. please let me see a certified copy "... In my interview research, many people suggested that this is a new requirement, that the SO have it ready. One person got the blue slip for the SO not having it..
