johns Posted May 6, 2005 Report Share Posted May 6, 2005 PUT a copy in with the with the I-485 submittal. I received and email last friday of a RFE and this was the reason stated today in the letter. However the good thing is now I have an offical form that is checked stating a "vaccination supp I-693 is needed" the other blank spot is for a "I-693 medical exam" I still say I would rather get a RFE during AOS than K1 anyday...
