12-04-2012 - Phone call with ISO, learned casefile transferred to local office, I'm pegged for an interview sometime.

12-11-2012 - Sent off postal letter inquiry to Irving Field Office.
12-13-2012 - Another ISO call. Now NOT Pegged for local interview. Infopass appointment made online.

12-13-2012 - Can See Casefile Status online for the first time

12-20-2012 - Infopass Appointment. Expedite request sent on to I-130 unit for evaluation.
01-07-2013 - ISO call. Learned that the casefile was pulled on 12-20-2012 and assigned to adjudicator @2:20 PM, then on 12-21-2012 the audit was performed. Submitted new expedite request today, ISO intake, will hear back by 01-22-2013.
01-28-2013 - Head back from the 2nd Service Request. Expedite not addressed.
02-01-2013 - New Congressional Inquiry Started.
02-05-2013 - Service Request #3 - Expedite Request Review.
02-08-2013 - Congressional Inquiry Received at Dallas Local Office and assigned to a Supervisor.
02-08-2013 - Another ISO call. Learned reassigned to responsible party on 02-08-2013. No Clue what it means.

03-23-2013 - Approved. Learned during INFOPASS appointment on 03-25-2013
03-25-2013 - Official Approval Date, visible on the USCIS website
03-30-2013 - I-797C, I-130 Approval Notice, received via USPS. - special wording 'eligible to file adjustment of status
time passes - many calls into USCIS, getting an ISO - they are clueless for where the casefile is going
04-05-2013 - Service Request Filed to send the casefile on to NVC - no response as of 04-22-2013
04-22-2013 - sent off I-130 approval and email to nvcresearch. Followed up with SuperVisor Julie
04-22-2013 - Congressional Inquiry Followup started, to get the casefile on to NVC
04-25-2013 - went into Local Office to ask about location of casefile. Told casefile no longer in the building. Called an ISO, asking if headed to NVC or NRC. Called ILS Human, asking her to chase down routing, find out if NRC or NVC.
04-26-2013 - Got a call back from Congressional Liason Officer at the Dallas USCIS Local Office, confirming casefile left the building on 4/25. I asked him, please check , see if still in building, and verify routing. 20 minutes later, got another call back, confirming NVC routing and did, indeed, leave building on 4/25.
05-02-2013 - NVC has casefile in the building. Yay ! Joy !
05-03-2013 - Got NVC Casefile # and IIN via telephone. Yay ! Double Joy !
05-10-2013 - AOS FEE BILL, DS-3032 received in my email inbox. OPTIN EMAIL w/ds-3032 sent on to NVCElectronic.
05-13-2013 - AOS FEE BILL Paid.
05-13-2013 - OPTIN Accepted, GZO # generated and in my fat little fingers.
05-15-2013 || 00:30 - AOS FEE Cleared outta my bank.
05-15-2013 || 15:30 - IV FEE BILL shows up via email and in the NVC Online Payment Portal

05-15-2013 || 22:30 - AOS FEE BILL Marked 'PAID' at the NVC Online Payment Portal
05-17-2013 || 22:30 - AOS SENT via email.
05-22-2013 || 08:30 - Bounce Back from NVCElectronic - I-864 not filled out correctly - I totally munged blocks 2-5.

05-28-2013 || 12:32 - Received email from NVC that the AOS set was detached and is in queue for review

05-30-2013 || 15:38 - Checklist letter received, asking for the Immigrant Visa Fee. Silly Buggers, it's still in process !! But really - this was the first false checklist, indicating the support documents (AOS) were accepted, added to the casefile.
06-01-2013 || 12:30 - IV FEE BILL marked 'PAID' at the NVC Payment Portal.
06-03-2013 || 12:29 - RCVD Email from nvcelectronic - IV SET RECEIVED by NVC.

06-10-2013 - Case Complete, learned via telephone on 6/11/2013 . called twice just in case was error. w00t!
06-17-2013 || 05:03 - Received Case Complete Email from NVC.
06-20-2013 - Yet another case complete (via phone call) - I assume the extra evidence was detached and finally added to the casefile, so that's a plus.
