you should ask your fiancee to call the local authority to find out what paper you need. I got married last month in GuangZhou, all I need are my passport and "AFFIDAVIT OF SINGLE STATUS". there was a translator in the office who looked through the paper and gave a YES. one more thing, bring the G_325A with you and let her sign the form. also have her taken some audit photos..... good luck
