It's something to think about. The K1 takes 6 months to process or more. and the I-130 takes another few months. Granted She can stay in America with me for 6 months on the K1 so I guess it's not all bad. but man it's likely going to be more than a year until it's all said and done and she can start working?

My fiance (Taiwanese) and I would like to get married in USA. She plans to come over to USA on visitor visa. We follow the 30/60/90 rule and get married around day 66 or whatever. What then? does she have to go back to taiwan or could she stay in USA past the 90 days of her visitors visa?
